Come and join us at Wine and Swine one of the coolest event's we do each year. Some of Austin's best chefs along with John Bates of Noble Sandwiches will be cooking up some great pork dishes. Cooking over live fires, with ground pits and smokers to create great food along with some good drinks and great times.
We will be serving a dish named "All Things Piggy" that will be taste of various cuts from a whole roasted pig. All brought together to give the full range of flavor and textures that is Pork.
